CONVERSION PROCESS:
Tentative Date: Friday, May 7th 8am – 6pm (team to arrive by 7:30am) Digital Conversion Event via Zoom
Location: Omega Studio
Vision:
Think home shopping network meets presidential election night. We’ll create a virtual set with a backdrop of renderings from the Community Virtual Tour. A large digital building/ floorplate display will show which units are available and which ones are sold. Units will be removed in real time with every sale (similar to election night). A table will be set up on the right side of the screen with Sales Team actively taking phone calls (similar to the call table seen on QVC/Home Shopping Network shows).
Sales:
Each reservation holder will have a 5-minute time slot to select their unit. Once an agent gets a sale they’ll call out to the moderator, the moderator will update the board and we’ll blow the Train Horn! Once the buyer commits to a unit they will be emailed a docusign that must be completed within 24hrs. If the docusign is not completed in 24hrs the unit will be resold.
Support Staff:
Natasha, Marilou & Stephanie Kelly will be sending docusigns out to each buyer as soon as we have their unit number confirmed.
Jake, Mandy & Jennifer Stary will be onsite for additional support
Entertainment/Programming:
We will have rotating hosts/moderators running the show announcing when units are sold. Since this will be a full-day live-broadcast we will plug in 4-5 pre-recorded interviews with the team throughout the day. Potential topics include: Meet the builder, Design concepts, Interview with Philip & Chris, Lenders, Meet your neighbors (St. Elmo Brewery etc.).
