PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Situated on the ivory crescent beach of Emerald Bay on Great Exuma, Grand Isle’s 78 spacious villas are ideally suited for family vacations, romantic getaways, celebrations or simply enjoying the place Bahamians call “The Real Bahamas.” From the architecture and interior design to a host of modern conveniences and thoughtful touches, all of the resort’s one to four bedroom villas combine luxury and quality with all the comforts of home. The resort’s spacious oceanfront and resort view villas feature luxury amenities including custom furnishings, private balconies or patios with sweeping views of turquoise waters, a pristine golf course and gardens. Legacy was hired to audit the market demand and sales platform. After a 6-month review, Legacy provided a number of development, marketing and sales recommendations to escalate sales velocity including reorganization for the onsite welcome center and limiting the available villa inventory to increase urgency.
