Our mission is to provide the quintessential island experience for our homeowners in Belize, limiting vertical massing while maximizing horizontal aesthetics for a natural land and user experience. Through the collaboration of complimentary brands and stakeholders, the island experience will combine traditional resort amenities and services; hurricane rated, offsite constructed structures for fast move in time frames; educational facilities and conservation resources to further a greater cause; and 4 star resort programming that meets the demands of active and adventurous families.
WHY | We want to do better and Belize is the example of “How people and nature can work together”. The way resort projects get developed and the way resort users experience amazing natural environments can be successfully reinvented and combined with a greater purpose of establishing platforms for education, research and overall advocacy for the conservation of marine ecology for generations to come.
WHAT | Utilizing technologies and systems now made available, we can not only limit our impact within these environments, but we can develop these resorts faster, with lower risk to the developer, provide more authentic experiences for homeowners, support global causes and leave behind something that we can be proud of for future generations to come.
