Upon a project being fully funded all investors’ capital will be placed into a
new LLP - a Limited Liability Partnership. A fully qualified accountant or solicitor will have set up the LLP prior to any funds being received. This allows you to benefit from becoming part of our team while limiting your financial and personal liability. For now, we’ll call this company Project ABC (Investors) LLP.
