NOTICE OF
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
VENUE : Cooroy RSL,
Maple Street, Cooroy
DATE : Sunday 19th October
TIME : 10.30am
The Annual General Meeting is an important
occasion for members to gather and discuss the
past year and the running of the Club for the next 12
months.
At the AGM Members are required to elect the
Officers of the Club
for the coming year : 2025/6.
Members are tasked to urgently discuss
nominations for these positions.
The positions are currently held by :
President – Ken McGregor
Vice President – Will Johns
Secretary – Tonny Jones
Treasurer – Tony Slattery
Nominations are open to all financial members. If
more than one Member is nominated for a role then
a vote may be taken by a show of hands or by
secret ballot.
The SUB-COMMITTEE members are appointed by
the Management Team.
Currently all are willing to continue in their roles.
However, Members are able to volunteer for all
these positions, or to be involved in a supporting
role.

You are reminded that to nominate
for a position and/or to vote you
must be a fully paid up member of
the Club on that date.
All Memberships are individual and
therefore couples and partners can
vote separately providing BOTH
are financial members
Nomination forms are available
on the Club website. They may be
submitted by post or email and be
received by the Secretary by 5pm
on 5th October 2025.
Proxy forms are available if you
are unable to attend. You may
nominate another financial member
as your Proxy – form also available
on the website.
Minutes of the 2024 AGM and The
Constitution are available on the
RCC website.
Agenda : submit any items you
would like raised at the meeting in
an email addressed to the
Secretary by 5th October.
