 APPLE NUT LOAF
Preheat oven to 180 Line a loaf tin
1 cup oats 2 med apples – grated 1 mashed banana 2 eggs lightly beaten 100 ml water 1 teaspoon baking powder 1⁄2 cup chopped nuts 1/3 cup sultanas
Mix all ingredients gently Add to lined loaf tin Cook for 40 mins
Allow to cool & dust with icing sugar Keep in airtight container in fridge Lovely sliced & served buttered too!

HEALTHY NUT BUTTER COOKIES SO EASY & SO QUICK
Preheat oven to 180 Prepare lined cookie tray
1 cup rolled oats
2 ripe bananas
1/3 cup dark choc chips
1⁄4 cup almond butter
Mash bananas, stir in oats, almond butter & choc chips
Roll into balls [with wet hands] & place on tray [or just put spoonful’s on the tray]
Press down top a little with fork
Bake for 20 mins & allow to cool
Variations can include swapping out almond butter with any other nut butter
Or swap bananas & choc Chips with 1/2 tin pie apple & cranberries
No need to keep in an airtight container...they won’t last!
