Roadrunner participation in the “Peace of Mind Foundation”
A huge thank-you to all members who volunteered their cars and time to take around 40 men with a Terminal Brain Cancer Diagnosis for a drive from Twin Waters to Frank Carroll’s Henry Royce Foundation museum at Coolum. We all enjoyed Frank’s commentary on the museum vehicles and a sausage sizzle supplied by our Club.
The return trip to Twin Waters was a pleasant run along the coast road on a beautiful day.
A big thanks to Sam Spink for organising the day – well done Sam! Everyone enjoyed the day – something positive in the lives of those in need.
