members with event
notifications.

card directly at the point of
registration for subs or an
event requiring
pre payment..
like the
Christmas Party
However
Some members prefer to
make a payment via their
internal bank transfer rather
than use a credit card.

Please help keep the book keeping in check – just
tell us what you have paid in, when, and what for.

When you pay directly it is very important that you include the invoice number(s) you are paying,
and the member’s name the payment is for otherwise we cannot trace it and it might become
classed as an unpaid debt.
Even worse, it might cancel your membership privileges!!
