Have you ever registered for a club event and then found that you could not attend ?
Maybe you were sick – maybe you are called away for work, or to look after the grandkids at short notice. There are lots of reasons and extenuating circumstances why we have to back out, maybe at the last moment.
BUT
It would really be appreciated by those organising the events if you could pop back onto the Club website and take your name OFF the list.
This helps us when checking numbers to advise cafés, restaurants and various venues where booking numbers in advance is essential.
Your help in this would be very much appreciated.

You are advised to check in advance for any Covid vaccination rules and restrictions in place for Queensland venues. These must be observed by law and are outside the control of the Roadrunner Car Club who will not take responsibility for non- admittance.
