Sports Car and Classic Car Show on the 7th May 2023 at Queensland Raceway. For all makes of Classic cars (30 years or older) and all sports cars (irrespective of manufacture date).
Phil Hackett and Tony Slattery for the Roadrunners have come together with Queensland Raceway at Ipswich, to fill in a shortfall of some car shows, that as enthusiasts, we will sadly not see in 2023.
Queensland Raceway has allocated 7th May for what will become an annual event. This year it will be called the ‘Sportscar and Classic Car Festival 2023’. It is open to all Sports car makes, Manufacture year, as well as all makes of Classic cars (generally 30 years and older)
For this first event, the display Groups will be: British, American, European, Japanese and Australian
It is for all Marques and honouring the major vehicle manufacturing countries of the world. We will shortly have the professional support from Queensland Raceway to advertise and promote the event, and hope this will grow bigger and bigger as time goes on.
Queensland Raceway have the expertise, infrastructure and goodwill to give us another permanent display area and time slot for future years.
