The bike was my late fathers, it was only ever a frame on wheels hidden under a tarp, and a box of parts. I have childhood memories of lifting up the tarp and dreaming of riding it.
I eventually picked up the bike in 2015, and soon after started sourcing parts throughout Europe and the States. I knew I wanted something different from the standard looking 750gt so I went for the Ducati Racing Imola from the early ‘70s look.
A local Ducati enthusiasts by the name of Trevor Fryer helped with the mechanical side of the
restoration.
