The Museum houses a vast collection of documentation, artefacts and photographs dating from the discovery of gold in 1867 by James Nash to the recently closed operations of the Gympie Eldorado Goldmine.
NEW! From June ...open to all members
Roadrunner morning tea
The ‘HANDBRAKES’ put their foot down!
At their May meeting the ladies decided that they did not really like being called ‘handbrakes’...
they also decided that it would be more enjoyable to have a morning of general chit-chat, exchange of views and conversation with both the guys and the girls taking part.
So from the next gathering on the 25th June the ROADRUNNER MORNING TEA gatherings will be open to all members – not just the ladies.
These week-day get-togethers will focus on conversation not cars, although those 4-wheeled precious motors will no doubt come up now and again!!
Any thoughts, ideas for venues etc. are welcome.
Note: This change does not affect the SMB meetings.
Cheers : Noel
