Our traditional
Australia Day
SHOW ’N SHINE
was the usual fun
occasion with 50 cars
spread around the
lawn – some dressed
with flags, banners
and Australian icons
too. Many members
turned up dressed
very appropriately to
compete for the
promised prizes.
Photos of all the
winners on these
pages. Great efforts
and well done to you
all. There were 2
prizes for the cars – a
People’s Choice and
the annual Apollonian
patrician’s award.
Both vehicles suitably
bright, shining,
sparkling and suitably
bedecked for the
occasion.

and the staff for our
welcome and
excellent food. Also
to Michel for
organising the
occasion and being a
whiz on the
microphone.
