JUDGING
A few words from a Judge's perspec2ve.
As you will have read in other reports in this Beep Beep, the 2024
Charity Car Show was a very rewarding and successful event which was
held under clear, warm skies beside the banks of the lovely Noosa River.
The judging team this year carried out their duEes efficiently and
objecEvely resulEng in the announcement of the various winners
menEoned elsewhere in this ediEon. Many thanks to my judging team:
Ken, Mick, John, Larry, Doc, Darcy, David and Peter.
I believe the results were difficult to obtain this year due to the
outstanding calibre of the cars entered. However there can be only one
winner in each category and some cars were separated by only one
point. Good Work Team!
Trophies were great and were hand-made by a local craQsman

a Gear
SEck mounted on a solid Ember base through a gear change gate
–
very
nice indeed. See page 3.
It was a pleasure to examine the cars on display and the owners must
have spent quite some Eme on cleaning and polishing paintwork and
chrome resulEng in quite a spectacle for the general public to admire.
