a tale of two ‘thingies’
There was a silly conversation on FB one day recently about ‘thingies’ !
Mick said that Bugatti started with
a ‘twin thingie’.
I said that I had a 3-wheeled thingie when I was about 4 years old [in England] which I called my ‘Gresham Flyer’.
It was red and I loved it, but unfortunately it did not have a snicky little engine!
Curious, I looked up ‘Gresham Flyer’ on
Dr Google and lo and behold, there really WAS a tricycle called Gresham Flyer.
Such happy memories – thanks Mick!!!
The fact I turned it over in a swift move on the gravel path and split
open my eye went down in family history : lol
