Gates open to public at 8am Show car parking up entry from 7am
There will be a large display of special cars of all types and eras as well as rare and unique classic vehicles
and motorcycles.
• Entry is open to all Roadrunner Car Club members, and others by registering on the RCC website.
• Entry fee to be paid at time of registration.
All makes and models of car and motorcycles are welcome.
Entry fee : $15 per vehicle includes driver + one passenger • Extra passengers/guests $5 each
One Trophy will be awarded for each of the following categories :
Group 1 Cars pre 1939
Group 2 Group 3 Group 4
Cars 1940 – 1960 Cars 1961 – 1975 Cars 1976 – 1990
Group 5 Cars 1991 to Present
Group 6 Limited Production Vehicles
ie. Hot Rods, Replicas, and Street Machines, :: This includes those vehicles modified with upgraded Chassis, Bodywork [eg fibreglass] and Engines.
Group 7 Motorcycles (2 wheeled vehicles)
The Best Car in Show (Perpetual Trophy)
will be selected from the winners of Groups 1 to 6 People’s Choice Trophy
Prize for one lucky People’s Choice entry.
Trophies will be presented at 12.00 noon.
Note: All cars and motorcycles are expected to stay in place until after Trophy Presentations for safety reasons: approx 1pm.
We encourage all RCC members to be part of this day and make it a huge success by showing a vehicle or volunteering their time as marshals, or other necessary tasks.
The Judging Team will be led by Will Johns.

Breakfast from 8.00am and a sausage sizzle for lunch will be provided by the Cooroy Rotary Club.
Coffee and Ice-creams will also on site.
Raffle to be organised by Katie Rose Cottage Hospice. This will be a fun day with a ‘picnic atmosphere’
so bring along your chairs and hampers.

NOTE
Entrants must nominate a group for their car when registering for the event.
The Organisers have the right to place cars in other groups to ensure the nature and true spirit of the event is achieved.
Cars will be parked and displayed in groups at the discretion of the organisers.
Judges decision will be final.

Spectator Entry: Adults $5 per person Children under 14 : Free
Fundraising event for Katie Rose Cottage Hospice who retain all proceeds.
Plenty of off-street parking adjacent to Chaplin Park and on Gympie Terrace.
