With names such as Jett Reynolds, Nicholas Romano, and Jordan Biese filling the gates for the (9-11/12) divisions, you knew the class was in for an absurd amount of position changing, and dicing for race wins. And the classes delivered, offering a different set of front runners at any particular point, and action packed dicing,
enough to get any fan on their feet. The first moto of the (9-11) Limited division, saw Braswell sprint to a second place start, but a row of killers were exhaustingly nipping at his heels. They all began to suffle, with Braswell holding the number two spot until lap four, and
a mistake would drop him to sixth. A disappointing end result, yet the young man somehow managed to run the fastest laptime; wild to say the least. Moto two, he battled with yet a different name, that of Gavin Towers. The two, among many others, would swap for a number laps, eventually resulting in a solid fifth place for Caden heading into moto three. The third round of the limited division, Braswell meant business. A solemn expression sat beneath the goggle lens of the young Floridian, a pep talk filling the ears, but all the while focus zooming in on the Tennessee powder. The gate fell, and the number 2 Yamaha was a mere blur around the first turn. Never glancing away from the front fend- er, he went into a full mode of superstar-esque brigade. He would go onto lead every lap, and take home the relic in which we know as a gold medal. It would lead to a second place overall, and spectacular overall performance. Let’s throw in a few more of the best in the nation, shall we? That’s just what the doctor ordered for the (9-12) year old division, as it was seemingly filled, top to bottom with talent. With all of the aforementioned included, we now had Crockett Myers and Shane Gola, among a list of others to deal with. Braswell had a tad bit more trouble this time around, as the first moto saw an 18th place start, and chaos filled opening sequences in his array of plans. He would fight, and fight hard, storming to tenth by the moto’s end, and ready for revenged in round two. The second moto placed, Caden in eighth place across timing and scoring for lap number one. He would hold here, fending off Jordan Biese and Gage Linville for quite sometime, sweating, but never losing his composure. He would manage a sixth at the checkered flag, and anxiously await the final gate fall. As the last moto set sail for the week, Braswell fought his way to a ninth place in the beginning stages, diving all the way to sixth, a mistake on lap eight would push him back to ninth, claiming sixth overall. With two spectacular results on the week, he would make both his family and sponsors proud; well done Caden, we’re excited to see what you can do as you further your career.
