Racing various amateur nation- als this year, Arik Swan has been making the rounds. Loretta’s
was just another on the list. The Kawasaki rider showed up and wasn’t messing around taking three straight moto wins in the
Vet 30+ class. In the first moto he led every lap of the race, a very confident start to his week at the ranch. The second moto didn’t
go quite as smoothly getting a midpack start and having to make his way back to the front. It didn’t take long though making it back
to first place by the third lap. The last and final moto of the week he got an even worse start all the way back in twenty-first. It took him a little over half the race to make his way back to the front, but once he did he never looked back claiming another moto win. The track was rough and muddy, but that didn’t stop the veteran rider from show- casing his skills on the bike no matter what the conditions were.
