RYDER DIFRANCESCO
Ryder DiFrancesco is one of the most promising young prospects to come out of the hotbed of motocross talent located in Bakersfield, CA. The freaky fast DiFrancesco, commonly identified by the moniker Ryder D, is one of the youngest riders in the sport to have a high profile sponsorship; Jimmy Johns has invested a lot of money into the youngster which has only seemed to fuel his success
on the race track. The 10 year old already has three Loretta Lynn’s titles
to his name, an achievement that most amateur riders will never experience
in a lifetime of racing. He is one of the youngest Loretta Lynn’s champion in history, claiming a title in the 51cc class in 2011 at the ripe age of five years
old - if that wasn’t impressive enough,
he managed to win back-to-back titles
by earning another one in 2012. He added the last Loretta’s title to his trophy cabinet in 2015, winning the 65cc (7-9) class with two 1st place finishes and a 2nd place to wrap up the overall ahead of Chance Hymas and Nick Romano. The Team Green sensation will be looking to return to winning ways this year at the Ranch as he has had a bit
of a title drought throughout the 2016 season. DiFrancesco managed to win the 65cc (7-11) class at the James Stewart Freestone Spring Nationals ahead of Haiden Deegan, but he hasn’t stood on the top step of the podium as much as a rider of his caliber expects. His results have still been spectacular; he has countless finishes on the rostrum as well as impressive rides in the 85cc division at the JS7 Spring Nationals, showing his competitors what’s in store for them when he moves up to the
larger bikes in 2017. The long-haired speedster from Bakersfield proved his incredible precision on a motorcycle with a successful showing at the JuniorMotoX in Oklahoma, taking the overall victory
in the 65cc (10-11) class and building some confidence coming into the Ranch in the process.
