CHRISTOPHE POURCEL
Christophe Pourcel has made many names for himself in the sport of motosports, some better than others, the one that will always remain is The Crafty Frenchman. The name comes from Pourcels ability to find smooth lines on the track, and changes his race lines in the middle of the race and makes it look fast and easy. His style looks effortless, but even the best in the world cannot mimic Christophe’s style. Not so many years ago Pourcel was struck with a horrific accident that put a hault to his career and changed the way he would train forever. Christophe had to re-learn his way around the track after his back injury. A lot of teams would bad mouth Pourcel because he was so picky about his bike set up, but it was in his nature to only ride a bike that was comfortable for him because of his injuries in the past. It may have also been the way the Frenchman made decisions about leaving teams and how he left them. Either way he is a great addition to the AMA and I hope to see him compete for a long time.
