Michael Mosiman having a decent day started out by competing in the 250 A and grabbing the holeshot award. He held third place for about three laps but his competitor Sean Cantrell soon passed him putting him back into fourth place. After placing in fourth he takes a huge blow by placing nineteenth in the Open PRO SPORT class. When the gate dropped he went straight to twenty-sixth place. He began to work his way up to eventually become nineteenth.
