>> Aaron Plessinger has been right there when it comes to getting the top spot on the podium at each of the rounds thus far this year. Sitting second in points he is battling to get his Star Racing Yamaha to the top of the box. He started his day of racing qualifying with the fourth fastest lap time going into the night show. A confident mud rider from Ohio, Plessinger was ready to tackle any obstacle the Anaheim 2 track had
to throw at him. The #23 Yamaha rider nailed the start of his heat race and never looked back till the race was over. With a first-place heat race finish Plessinger was looking strong going into the third main event of the season. Having a small battle with starts this year, he knew getting a good jump out of the gate was key to get him to the front of the competitive pack sooner. Once again nailing the start the Star Racing Ya- malube rider put himself right into second off the get go. The rest of the race went very smoothly for him. Making minimal mistakes throughout the main event Plessinger was able to get his 8th career podium. The second time he has finished second place this year, he is ready to get on that top spot on the podium.
