MITCHELL FALK
The last quarter of 2017 was kind to Mitchell Falk as the Orange Brigade backed rider found success at the Thor Winter Olympics as well as the brand new Ryan Villopoto Amateur Motocross Cup. He snagged
a first and second place overall finish at the RV Cup and grabbed two titles from Mini-O’s in addition to two overall podium finishes. Falk narrowly missed out on another number one plate in the Supercross portion of the event due to a small run-in with a lapper on the last lap of a main event, but his speed was there all week long. The Californian’s skills on a Supercross track were immediately on display as he hit the track for practice in Angel’s Stadium of Anaheim. Falk contested both the Open A and 250 A classes and he established himself as one of the fastest in the class from his very first lap of the track. The KTM rider did his fair share of battling with his Orange Brigade teammate, Derek Drake, but he managed to always come out on top. Falk won both heat races and both main events, completing a perfect day of competition.
