A class and the Open A class. Brown looked smooth and fast in practice and scored two solid top five finishes in both of his heat races.
In the 250 A main event, the Honda rider was able to pull the holeshot ahead of Orange Brigade’s Mitchell Falk and a fierce battle erupted over the next few laps. Brown showed the speed to hold the Californian at bay, taking defen- sive lines as they moved to the inside and outside, but he fell victim to a block pass after a couple of laps and fell back to second. Nonethe- less, he held on for the remainder of the race and scored a solid fifth place in the Open A main event.
