JETT REYNOLDS
Jett Reynolds closed out 2017 in fine style with another Loretta Lynn’s Na- tional Title. In addition to his success at the Ranch, the Team Green Kawa- saki rider also racked up six number one plates at the Thor Winter Olym- pics. He was undoubtedly one of the winningest amateur riders throughout the 2017 racing season and Reynolds was looking to start 2018 in the same fashion. The Californian entered all three Supermini classes as well as the Schoolboy 1 class aboard his Supermini against 125s. Things didn’t necessarily go his way during the heat races; although he still managed a win and a couple of podiums, Reyn- olds lines up to win. He was able to remedy the situation when the gate dropped for the main events, winning all four of the races in fine style. He was able to battle back from a poor start in the Schoolboy class, passing a handful of riders on his way to the front of the field in one of the most im- pressive rides of the event. In addition to his performance against the 125cc machines, the Team Dunlop Elite rider dominated proceedings in the Super- mini classes, putting together three flawless main event victories. It cer- tainly won’t be long until we see the Californian on the main stage in front of a sold out crowd at Angels Stadium in Anaheim.
