>> The Kansas native of Kaeden Amerine grabbed the hole- shot as he powered his KTM into the lead as the pack of 85s dropped down into the gator pit. He led his former teammate of Nate Thrasher across the finish line with Jett Reynolds just behind the pair of them. On the first flying lap, the three of them dropped into the gator pit practically side-by-side. Thrasher was able to scrub the dinner table a little bit harder than Amerine and he moved into the 1st position in the pro- cess. Reynolds began to push the pace in order to prevent Thrasher from escaping into the lead. The Team Green rider railed the outside of the sweeper before the whoops section and made the pass stick, setting his sights on the Tennessee native in the lead. Thrasher responded to the pressure from Reynolds and was able to keep the gap constant over the course of the lap as the pair of them began to pull away from Amerine. The pace of the KTM rider in the lead forced the Californian into a couple of mistakes which ruined his ability to challenge for the lead, giving Thrasher yet another victory on the weekend with an incredible showing of speed and consistency.
