There are just as many functional adaptations as there are aesthetic modifications in the new model, focusing solely on enhanced comfort and rideability. There are three new ride modes: tour, standard, and sport, in order to provide the rider with a suitable riding experience to their style. The Chieftain also comes standard with keyless ignition, cruise control, and ABS. Rear Cylinder Deactivation au- tomatically shuts off the rear cylinder when the bike is stopped for enhanced comfort in slow-moving traffic, and as soon as you hit the throttle it seamlessly reactivates for full power. >>
