her personal best lap of the race in the process. Samples did well to manage the gap as she kept her composure all the way to the checkered flag, taking the first moto win in calm and collected fashion. The second race wasn’t quite as easy for the Husqvarna rider as she found herself entwined in a hotly contested battle with Mackenzye Brocato -- the two of them kept it close for the majority of the race and pushed one another all the way until the finish line, setting their personal best laps on the final circulation of the track. Samples resisted the pressure like a professional as she held onto the lead as well as the accompanying overall victory across the finish line, successfully defending her title. If she keeps up her run of good form at The Motoplayground Race, she’ll have to start considering storage options for her teddy bear collection.
