>> The Buckeye State cast their ballots and put Chillitown MX in the top spot after the voting was said and done. The track is lo- cated just south of the state capital of Columbus in the fairgrounds of Chillicothe, OH. Chillitown has been in existence for merely
six years and has already earned it’s spot as the 2017 Mid-East Loretta Lynn Youth Regional Championship host. Although this
is the first event of this magnitude at the facility, the track has the amenities and hook-ups to accommodate the racers, families, and spectators that are synonymous with Loretta Lynn’s. There are over 1,100 water and electric hook-ups, paved pit roads, shower houses, atm machines, and not to mention a state-of-the-art track on deck. The course itself is a long narrow layout that lends itself to high speeds and close racing, a perfect battleground for the fastest amateurs in the mid-east.
