>> The Beaver State was one of the most hotly contested polls throughout the country as Eugene MX Park took the top spot by only two percent ahead of the runner-up. The facility is located on the lush border of the Siuslaw National Forest, the dense vegeta- tion is an indication of the incredibly healthy soil that produces some of the richest dirt in the entire country. The track is just over 1.5 miles, there’s also a Grand Prix course that combines the mo- tocross track as well as various trails and obstacles throughout the location to create a different layout. It’s a picture perfect location for some grassroots motocross as the course sits on a wooded hillside and plays into the natural elevation changes. In addition
to the main track, there’s also a kids track in order to entertain the peewee riders.
