Casey Cochran didn’t have the 2016 Loretta Lynn’s National Championship that he was hoping to have, but bike problems and bad luck held him back from showing exactly what he was capable of doing. Cochran showed flashes of his speed and narrowly missed out on the podium at times, but the results sheets never tell the full story when it comes to racing. Cochran made the journey across the border to the TransCan Grand National Championship held at Walton Raceway and brought back some hardware across the border. He brought a championship back to Tennessee in the 65cc (7-9) class and put his Loretta woes behind him while doing so. Cochran will be looking to continue that streak coming into the Baja Brawl and capture some more hardware to take back to the great state of Tennessee.
