>> Cade Clason is becoming a regular main event guy and always seems to put on a show for all the fans with crazy last chance qualifier races. Cade is stunting his first career top 100 number in the ama and he is on route to better it
for 2018. Cade has been spending his summers in Canada competing in the CMRC nationals where he finished 7th overall in the MX1 class in 2016. The K1Speeds/ BWR En- gines Honda rider has always been a guy who qualifies for the main event out of the LCQ but he is starting to get close to making it out of the semis. This weekend in Oakland he finished one position out of a transfer to the main from his semi by just over 3 seconds behind Jimmy Albertson who he has beating in the past. Being forced to race the LCQ Clason got off to a good start and held on to 3rd making his second main event of the year and 8th of his career. Clason got off to a 18th place start, battling throughout the main event with Albertson, Ray, and Enticknap. The #80 privateer ended up going into survival mode as did many others on this technical Oakland track before finishing a season best 19th.
