in the motocross world. Mainstream sports set those words on target athletes, the cream of the crop, the individuals that come through high school and will have collegiate coaches salivating, as they’re hoping the young talent takes their program to the top. Recruiters can crunch numbers and review statistics as much as they want, but at the end of the day, the eye test rules all. Does the prospect have “it”?
“It”, is the appeal that is recognized when the eyes examine, the skillset that lets the athlete stand out from the pack. Previously labeled “extraordinary” tasks from those in the industry now appear effortless when watching the rising star.
