It has been a very up and down outdoor season for Rockstar Husqvarna rider Zach Osborne. After years of coming up just short, he finally notched his first career moto win back at High Point. He has had a number
of other great podium rides throughout the season but in recent weeks he has stumbled into a bit of a rough patch. He has failed to finish inside the top ten at the last three rounds but those can be credited to DNF’s rather than poor performances. He went 38-3 at Millville and 5-33 at Washougal. And that can paint the picture for his entire season. All throughout the year Osborne has struggled with completing two complete motos and it has cost him in the overall results and the points standings. On many occasions it has been due to mechanical failures and that has got to be extra frustrating as they are completely out of his control. One can imagine that Osborne will come out fired up this weekend at Budds Creek after failing to complete either moto last Saturday at Unadilla.
