>> Henry Miller is now in his second season as a pro racer. Last year, Henry competed in three East Coast races where he got faster and faster. He was able to end his year with a 12th place, setting up a solid foundation for this season. When the day began in Atlanta, He qualified a very impressive 16th place and was ready to make it into his first Main Event of the year. Henry got off to a great jump when the gate dropped for 250 Heat 1. Unfortunately, he was forced wide in the first corner but was able to transfer that into an impressive 7th place running position. As some heavy hitters pushed their way passed Henry, he was now on the outside looking in with just a few laps left. Then, a rider in front of him handed over the qualifying position and he was doing everything he could to hold on to the spot. Henry was able to do it and punched his ticket to the Main. Henry got an incred- ible start as the riders took off for the 250 Main. It was looking like he would be the first bike to the first corner but unfortunately was carry- ing too much speed. He could not get his Yamaha turned in time and had no choice but to go over the berm. Henry quickly got back on the track but was counted in 20th position. Henry began to do work on the riders in front of him and was battling for a top fifteen position with about 5 laps to go. Henry was able to make the pass on Cole Thomp- son and was now sitting an impressive 14th place. Unfortunately, it was only temporary, as a mistake would take him back to the back of the pack. Henry’s night in Atlanta did not go the way he wanted but he did show some impressive speed. He was scored with a 20th place in his first Main of the year.
