Dakota tedder is back at the races for the 2016 250 east Coast series after not seeing a gate drop since 2014. He was riddled with injuries throughout 2015 and never made it to the starting line. He had a great run in the 250 west Coast series in 2014 finishing outside of the top 15 only once and even managed to
snag a top 10 finish at anaheim 3. Tedder comes from a large family of racers that include his dad and his four brothers. It’s said that supercross/motocross is a family sport and the Tedder’s definitely epitomize what a true moto family is like. They even have their own race team, Team Tedder/Monster Energy Kawasaki. The team has expanded in recent years and has signed riders like Jake Weimer to keep the team at the races because of Dakota’s injuries. Unfortunately Tedder suffered another injury last weekend in Atlanta and will not be able to line it up in Daytona this weekend. We wish him a speedy recovery and hope to see him again before the season is over.
