round 9 of the Monster energy Supercross series takes place inside the International Speedway in Daytona, Fl. the soft dirt inside the infield creates the roughest track of the season and truly shows which riders are in the best shape and can dig the deep- est. If any rider was not looking forward to this race, it was tyler Bowers. Suffering from Epstein-Barr, the rough choppy Daytona track must have been a nightmare for the Pro Circuit rider. Despite everything he is going through, Bowers still gave it everything he had in the main event and was running top five for almost half the race. As the weariness kicked in, there wasn’t much he could do except avoid any major mistakes. Only losing a few positions, Tyler ended his night with a respectable 9th place finish.
