In his second ever professional Supercross, the troy lee Designs KtM rider was faced with a grueling track. Having one of the best 250 teams behind him, Frye was able to have the confidence that his team will guide him to the right setup for the night. Making the main event through the heat is key to this long track and Alex didn’t disappoint his team or himself. Alex rode hard and safe to an 8th place finish, guaranteeing him a place in the main. Anything can happen in the main event once the gate drops. Unfortunately for the #128 of Frye something bad happened, and ended his chances of repeating the promising performance last week in Atlanta. Let’s hope Alex can regroup and come back swinging next weekend.
