>> First off I must say that I am extremely grateful to see Adam race this often after many years full of injuries. That being said he is 7th place in the standings and he is arguably a podium contender anytime he lines up behind the gate. AC set the fastest lap time in qualifying by nearly 2 full seconds then any other 250 rider other then Os- borne who was a half a second slower then the #36 of Cianciarulo. Adam was also the fastest qualifier at round 7 but some small crashes lead him to poor finishes.
The Monster Energy Pro Curcuit Kawasaki rider was 4th off of the start but was pushed out of the top 5 on the opening lap. Adam regrouped and after 10 minutes
of racing getting himself back to 5th. A lap later AC had to deal with the pressure
of Osborne, Adam did a great job by holding off the points leader for multiple laps before getting passed. Five minutes remained in moto 1 and Adam was under fire once again but this time from Jeremy Martin. Just ahead of the battle Zach Osborne was dealing with mechanical issues and both Adam and Jeremy got by the #16. Jeremy would make his way past AC with a just 4 laps remaining. Cianciarulo got out to a 3rd place start in moto two and put the pressure on 2nd place rider McElrath for most of the first lap. Adam fell off the pace of the top two riders but was running
a strong 3rd for more then half of the race. In the second portion of the moto things started to unravel for AC and he could only muster 6th. Two 6th place finishes gave Adam 5th overall at round 8.
