The second place finisher from the first moto, Carter Halpain, struggled after going down in the first corner. He showed the speed he had all weekend to work his way through the pack, but he was only able to make his way back to 9th position. Logan Boye grabbed another podium finish with a 2nd place result, working his way from 4th place to 2nd on the opening lap alone; he also set the fastest lap of the race on the third lap. Palmer Neely was able to edge out Ethan Mann for the final spot on the podium, but Mann had the more consistent finishes which put him in position to grab the last bottle of bubbly.
