>> The #677 of Cody Williams out of Barneveld, Wi made his first main event of his supercross career this weekend in St Louis. Not only did Cody make his first main event of his career but he did it without having to go through the caotics of the Last Chance Quali- fier. Williams showed speed all day at round 7 as he was the 19th fastest qualifier with an impressive 55.311 lap time, which was less then a second off of the top 10 fastest 250 riders of the night. @ codywilliams677 started 12th in his heat race and even though
lots of movement was happening around him Cody was calm and collective, staying in 12th for most of the race until the very end where he was able to capatalize on the mistakes of others. Cody took the final ticket to the main even out of the heat races. The Latitude Graphics Yamaha rider wasn’t able to make big waves in the main event but he was able to get 19th, which was one posi- tion ahead of where he started and was enough for him to score his first professional point. With two rounds remaining on the East Coast series can Cody keep the ball rolling and get some more championship points?
