>> Kyle was fortunate enough to land himself on the 5150 Energy drink team for 2018 as he was able to walk away from his complete privateer effort that he was running on his own. Kyle was able to put some great resources together in 2017 pairing up with longtime friend and Golf Pro Rickie Fowler who was Kyle’s main sponsor, Xtreme Powersports and Motoconcepts also helped out his efforts. In 2018 Kyle doesn’t have to worry about running his own program anymore and with the support of the 5150 team he has been able to just focus on his training and just take week by week to get better results on the weekend. The Florida native has only nished outside of the top 10 twice this season with his worst nish being a 12th
in Indianapolis. Kyle’s best nish is a 7th and he is also currently sitting 7th in the points chase only 4 points separate him from taking 6th in the series.
This weekend in Salt Lake City Kyle quali ed 10th with a 50.320 which was just over one second behind qualifying in the top 5. Chisholm got a 5th place start in his heat and quickly got himself around the #321 of Lionette and #42 Alix putting him 3rd behind Sexton and Plessinger. After the rst lap Chisholm got pushed to the outside and lost 3rd to Alix. A few sections later Kyle got through a rhythm section
a touch more clean which gave him the drive to make the move back for third in the whoops. In the late stages he dropped back to 4th fairly easily to reigning champ Justin Hill. Kyle got 8th gate pick for the main event and he came around turn one in 12th. Chizz was upto 8th early on but a crash on the opening lap costed him a few positions putting him in 14th. @kylechisholm11 made short work to get back to 10th and from there on he battled tooth and nail with the likes Merriam and teammate Mellross to take 8th.
