>> The day couldn’t have started any better for the defending champ of Zach Osborne as he took top honors in qualifying. Zacho went back and forward battling with lap times against his title competitors Austin Forkner and Jeremy Martin. In the very nal stages of qualifying, Osborne completely destroyed the eld with pulling a 48.297 which was nearly a full second quicker then any other 250 rider.
In the rst main event Zach rounded out turn one in 5th with his main title competitor Austin Forkner leading the eld. Osborne dropped back to 7th on the opening lap before making his way back toward the front. Zacho made his way around Rodriguez for 6th and then found himself in a three rider battle for 4th with Ramette and Cantrell. Osborne got by Cantrell for 5th and then made an amazing pass for 4th around Ramette by blistering through the whoops. Zach started in a much better position in the second race and was only trailing Jordon Smith. The Husqvarna rider made his way around Smith and quickly checked out. @zacho_16 started in 2nd once again in main event #3. It looked as it was going to be a run away race for the defending champ as he only had rookie Josh Osby ahead of him. All things didn’t go according to plan as he dropped to 4th right away. Os- borne regrouped and got back to second by the end of the opening lap. Zacho got caught by Smith at the end of the large whoop section and Smith took the position away. This through Zach out of shape brie y and lost another position to Jeremy Martin putting Zach into 4th once again. The #1E started to chase the #6 of Martin around the track as they made their way past Osby. Osborne received a gift from Martin shortly later, when Jeremy took the lead by pushing Smith wide enough for Osborne to pull alongside of him. The pair of Osborne and Smith made contact once again and this time Osborne got the better half of the deal giving him 2nd. Zach tried to catch Jeremy multiple times but was forced to settle for 2nd. Although Zach goes out to win every time he lines up this second is almost as good as a win as he extended his points lead by two.
