Canyon Richards has those 6 year old on lock, dominating the 51cc 67 limited class at Freestone go- ing 11,leading every single lap. Canyon found a bit more competition with the older kids but definitely improving in the second motos. In 51cc 78 limited he went 159 for 10th overall and in 51cc 48
limited he scored an 117 for 8th overall. Most likely not where he’d like to be in those classes, but he still got to eat ice cream, ride his dirt bike, and take home a Spring Championship home as a cherry on top. Not a bad week for any 7 year old.
