We all have had those instances where we are hesitant to watch something transpire, but just
can’t seem to look away. Many experience this scenario when watching the number 39 Geico
pilot. Raw speed, immense talent, and skills on the bike that few in the world posses, but always seems to be one hiccup away from disaster. A true, no holds bar attitude, as winning or crash trying is a true, life motto for Jordon Smith. Speeding his way through the amateur ranks, he seemed to always be chasing the likes of riders such as Adam Cianciarulo, Aaron Plessinger, etc. Now, however, he’s sculpting an image of his own, willing to step out of the shadows and emerge as a captain of the Geico Honda team. A native Carolinian, he’s battling the likes of Shane McElrath and Cooper Webb to be known as the state’s top dog. This royale will be all the more relevant this weekend when they take on a circuit in which they’ve clashed numerous times in years past.
