>> As the series rolls on, each stop acts a continuum in the quest to the championship. The relic that everyone strives for cannot be won at one event in particular, but it most certainly can be lost. A man must be consistent, and persevere through all costs in order to be crowned king, and each stop is of the utmost of importance. Eli Tomac knew that the ball was in his court, when rolling onto the starting grid for practice, and an imminent pace must be set. Without a shadow of a doubt, you could truly see that he knew the momentum was his for the taking, as he captivated all in attendance with his out right speed and true authority. He would continue to slaughter the eld throughout the rest of quali cation, never once backing down his antics. He would come into the rst moto with an absurd amount of reassurance from within, knowing that with a decent start, he could take the overall. Justin Bogle would go onto holeshot, with fellow Suzuki pilot Justin Hill hot on his tail. The usual suspects, of Musquin and Tomac were in close conjunction, so the stage would be set. They would begin to joust, with Tomac eventually moving into the number one ride on lap four. He would set sail, bombarding this track with absurd amounts of charisma. Flicking the front end over the y away into the tree section, it was smooth sailing for the Kawasaki rider until the bitter end. He would take victory.
With a rst moto nish as was, he knew his efforts could be duplicated for round two. Forcing his way through the pack, the Honda and KTM of Roczen and Musquin were sprinting out to an early lead, but he knew if he could slowly chip away, eventually the timber of the might Oak Tree would fall to the ground. Every lap, a slit would be made, and a powerful chop would slice through the foundation of the lead. Pounding away, his laptimes would dip into the absurd waters of 2:14; the placing of outside the top ve, would be quickly washed away. Nearing lap ten, he would hover near Musquin, making the pass stick, and eyeing the German panzer out front. Lap fourteen would arise, and he would be less than a second; and the move would then be made, taking the lead with a mere two laps two go. Tomac’s win had placed him atop the throne, and he would now eye the championship in the coming weeks.
