MAX MARKOLF
2016 is shaping up to be a huge stepping stone in Max Markolf’s career. He suffered a
shoulder injury at Loretta Lynn’s in 2014 that required surgery and tainted his transition to the big bikes. He’s finally been able to come into this season fully prepared without the irritation of the injury bug and it’s reflected in his results - finishing 1st or 2nd in every major race he’s competed in (including the Amateur AMSOIL AX) leading up to the Daytona RCSX. This is a crucial year for Markolf to stay 100 percent healthy if he wants to show the true potential that earned him a spot as one of the original Seven MX riders.
