TIMMY BADOUR
I don’t believe there is anyone in this sport that is any more humble and down to Earth as Michigan’s Timmy Badour. In this day and age, racing seems to be a giant game of Keeping up with The Jone’s, a game of which Badour could not compete with in 2014. After financial
hardships, Timmy Badour was forced to race his practice bike with almost 120 hours on it, as well as a 2012 CRF450 with the engine of a 2009 in it. Despite the disadvantage of his bike(s), Badour managed to pull 4 out of 6 holeshots and earned himself two 2nd place trophies from Loretta Lynn’s National Championship in the 2 Stroke B/C and 450B class. Winning has always been in the Badour blood as his father and brother were both professional snow cross racers. Now, Timmy Badour has moved on from his GoFundMe days and is riding a couple of nicely decorated Roost MX yamahas. Badour still has the heart of an ‘old school’ motocross racer and is definitely not done his climb to the top.
