THE BRAWL 2018
It’d be hard to argue against Gavin Towers as the most impressive rider of the 2018 Baja Brawl. The
Pennsylvania native showed up at Baja Acres ready to do battle, contesting a total of four separate

pursuit of a championship. The Pennsylvanian was utterly dominant over the course of the three moto format, often pulling the holeshot or making a quick pass for the lead in order to command the race
from the front. Towers won all twelve of his motos without ever looking back, accepting each award
and accolade with a contagious smile at the consequential podium celebration. In addition to the four Leonidas Awards and four number one plates he earned, his relentless determination and outright speed earned him the Hard Charger Award. It couldn’t have been a better weekend for the KTM rider at the 2018 Baja Brawl, undoubtedly feeding his confidence for the rest of the racing season.
