Persistence and hard work will overcome any adversity. A rider who virtually climbed the entire length of the motocross charts rid- ing for his own program, Weston Peick and family put their all into his racing career. As an amateur, Peick performed very well with minimal focus or support grabbing up cham- pionships pretty much immediately upon entering the national scene. Even with these amazing results and a few sponsors, Weston still lacked any support from the major
teams helping raise racers to the pro ranks. Guided by his father Lou who was a Team Green support rider during his amateur race career, Weston was determined to reach the highest level of racing and do it their way. After chasing the money across the nation and earning a country wide reputation for being one of most burly guys in the game, Peick was picked up by the RCH squad and finally given the chance to focus on riding only. This allowed many good performances in the upcoming season opening even more doors for Weston later down the road. Now
a staple at the JGRMX AutoTrader/ Monster Energy Yamaha team, Peick and teammate Justin Barcia have been grinding non-stop this off season in preparation for the 2016 race season. In what is expected by many to be Weston’s best season on the Supercross series yet, Peick’s efforts to be ready have surely got him more than confident. Weston’s size and ability to rip the bike around has created a very unique riding style over time
